Central African Republic president arrives at anti-neocolonialism forum in Moscow Delegates from more than 50 countries have attended the “For Freedom of Nations“ forum in Moscow, organized by Russia’s ruling United Russia party. The anti-neocolonialism discussion, held on February 15 and 16, involved representatives of leading political forces from Africa, Asia, the CIS, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe, with about 400 delegates in attendance.
