Bodyweight Workout 12. This video is a highlight of the weekly bodyweight conditioning class for fighters that I run at Evolucao Thai and MMA School . These are fighters and fitness enthusiasts combined. The fighters had just finished 1.5 hrs of BJJ.
MMA Conditioning Class
Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. Complete all 10 exercises and rest for 2 minutes and finish 3 full rounds
1. One Legged Burpees
2. Blast Off Push Ups
3. Wrestlers Lunge - Toe Touch
4. Side Abs In and Outs
5. Side to Side Lateral Shuffles
6. Renegade Rows
7. Forward and Back Jump Squats
8. Wall Walks
9. Plank Body Raises
10. Bunny Hop Sprawls
