PLEASE *SHARE *LIKE *COMMENT and SUBSCRIBE! Thank you. At 3:20PM Friday, Lehigh County 911 Center transmitted the box for 1690 North Irving Street for multiple calls on a house fire. A chief officer could see a header from the station 33 and transmitted the second alarm. Catasauqua Ladder 231 and Engine 211 arrived first and stretched two hand lines, one to the garage and one to the interior. Engine 33 arrived and pulled past the Catasauqua companies. There was a hydrant in the front yard of the fire building. Crews found heavy fire from the garage. The roof collapsed above the garage and the fire eventually started spreading in the roof area. Crews went to the roof and cut a hole in the middle of the dwelling. They stopped the fire from extending at that point. The suffered extensive fire damage and smoke damage throughout. Irving Street was completely shut down for the duration of the operation. Find me here: Heckle:
