Professor Wladimir Kasulakod was a Russian teacher of Jiu-Jitsu in the early part of the 20th Century and was the inventor of a self-defence system named Diodo. The Diodo self-defence system was based on the control of the adversary by pressure on the nerve points. He said that Diodo was developed from three arts: Jiu-Jitsu, Greco-Roman wrestling and catch as catch can wrestling.
