Reel 2. Seaplanes. A plane tries to take off from an expanse of water but sinks. Various early planes are shown taxiing along and stationary. One plane attempts to take off but the back part is too heavy. Louis Bleriot is shown on crutches. Film of his cross channel flight. Spectators wave him off from France then he arrives in Dover. We see Bleriot and his plane in Dover. He climbs into a car. School of training for pilots established by Messrs Vickers of Brooklands. Men wheel a biplane on to a runway. It takes off.
