Hotel Room HIIT Workout

Complete 3 rounds of the following as fast as possible! 1) 10 burpees 2) Bulgarians (16 per leg) 3) Combo: 4 frog plank jumps, 1 commando plank (5 reps) 4) Hip thrusts - 12 per leg 5) Combo: 10 high knees, 10 mtn climbers 6) Tricep dip
