THIS DIGIBETA VERSION HAS BEEN MADE FROM THE PRINT - VERSION ON TAPE *PM0834* WILL PROBABLY BE BETTER QUALITY AS TAKEN FROM THE NEGATIVE. According to an Intertitle “Fur garters are the latest short-skirt adjuncts“. Two women display rather a lot of leg in a drawing room setting. One woman is seated and has a garter just below each knee, the other is standing with one foot on a chair in the process of putting a garter around her leg. C/U of her doing up the garter. An intertitle informs us that some of these garters will feature: “in the great Fur Ball at Covent Garden“. Three women stand by the side of a pond, we see them from the thigh down. They are all wearing fur garters below the knee and their legs are reflected in the water. They walk up and down to display their fancy garters (some with pom-poms).
