Announcing the Ionic Vue Bindings for Vue 3 and Ionic 5

In 2018, the Modus Labs team began building Ionic-Vue, an adapter for the Ionic Framework and that bridges Ionic internals to Vue and Vue Router, allowing seamless integration of the two frameworks. Ionic-Vue was later made a core contribution to the Ionic Framework with @ionic/vue.
