Firefighters rescue boy dangling from fourth floor window

Firefighters rescued a four-year-old boy hanging by his head from a fourth-floor window of a residential building in Linyi City of east China’s Shandong Province on Monday. The accident happened when the toddler was crawling out through the window and slipped with his head stuck between the metal railings.
