I am excited to collaborate with IFAST Fitness, I decided to take their mini green barbell to the beach for a recovery day workout; You can’t beat this view and natural energy flow! Here I am doing lighter weights and focusing on breaking up the lactic acid to loosen up my sore muscles😁
