Cardio helps you burn that fat over your core! If you’re a beginner, just do the best you can. Each time you do the workout, it’ll get easier and you’ll do better. Just don’t push yourself. It takes time!
We’ll be alternating between high-intensity cardio moves, and focused ab exercises. Even our cardio exercises will incorporate the core! By the end of this workout, you’ll feel like you’ve been laughing for hours.
