“Story time with Tu“ Unconventional Warfare (The Ninja)

Please join me as I discuss unconventional warfare and the history of the Ninja with my brothers Tom and Scot Spooner. -After the Tang dynasty collapsed in 907, some of the generals fled to Japan. Later in the 1020s, Chinese monks followed, carrying their own new ideas along with them. The resulting blend of battle tactics and philosophies had a huge influence on Japan. Sun Tzu, the famed military strategist, claimed the art of deception was a key component of victory, and became a cornerstone for the way of the ninja. Please join me as I traveled to NC and joined my brothers Tom and Scot Spooner (Masters of Unconventional Warfare) on their “Original Freedom” Podcast. On this YouTube episode, I talk over the teachings of Sun Tzu, Art of War and how this provided the frame work for Ninjutsu tactics. Please listen as we talk over the teachings of Sun Tzu and how his strategy is still being deployed today by Special Operation Forces around the world.
