LIGHT DAMAGE was formed in September 2005 with the meeting of Seb (drums) and Steph (guitars) at the Spirit of 66’ (Verviers-Belgium) Prog-Resiste annual con-vention. They quickly put in contact with Nicholas-John (vocals, guitar, keyboards) and Fraydd (bass), and began to play covers of Genesis and Pink Floyd, among others. The first keyboard player is a friend of Steph: Chevy. . The music of Light Damage is closer to progressive rock than any other, but withdraws from the 70’s prog. The wide range of the group influences and subtle concepts in the songs structure, let’s the music remain quite accessible.
