Air Traffic Control: “Where in God’s Name are You Going?“

On March 24, 2012, a Canadair Challenger flying from Westchester County Airport (HPN) to Teterboro (TEB) was assigned a wrong heading by the Approach controller: the controller realized the mistake after noticing on radar that the Challenger had turned toward traffic departing TEB.
