The question about it fraying, yes it will fray if you wash it. before you wash it, i would dab some Fray Check along the edges :) and i wouldn’t through it into the washer. treat it very delicately! and if you don’t like the idea of the edges fraying then you can always try hemming it but it would take away from the shape of the cutouts or you can always sew a trim along those edges! ^_^ theres always a way. be creative and do what you feel will make it look
