30 Minute Strength & Conditioning Workout | Summertime Fine 2023 - Day 61

Ready to sweat? This full body workout is great for strength and cardio. It’s a big week, lets crush it! Grab your July 2023 Summertime Fine 2023 Workout calendar HERE! In today’s workout we will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in between each set. We aare working in superset fashion with one dumbbell exercise and one cardio exercise. The 15 seconds rest in between will give you time to set your weights down and be ready to move into a cardio exercise. Make sure you challenge yourself more each round in the weights you are holding or in the way you’re moving with intensity! The Exercises: 1. squat and press 2. squat side step and jumping jack 3. Lat raise and lunge 4. Lat slide 5. Chest press and reverse crunch 6. cross body Climbers 7. Rows 8. Plank circle 9. Sumo Squat and curl 10. Burpees
