South Africa March 28 1994 Pre-Election Zulu-ANC Violence in Johannesburg

While South Africa’s first free and fair elections passed off peacefully, there were sporadic incidents of violence leading up to the elections. Some involved white supremacists. This very visible Johannesburg outbreak involved members of the Zula Inkatha Party and members of the African National Congress.
