40 Min EFFECTIVE FULL BODY DUMBBELL Workout | Controlled & Faster- Combo Sets | NO Jump | No Repeat
In this 40 Min EFFECTIVE FULL BODY DUMBBELL Workout | Controlled & Faster- Combo Sets | NO Jump | No Repeat, we will be working with Triple-sets: three similar exercises, the first two exercises will last for 45 seconds and should be performed with controlled form. The third exercise will last for 40 seconds and will be more explosive / faster “ Combination Movement”, with 20 seconds of rest in between. In total, we will be completing 12 Triple-sets, amounting to 36 exercises. At the end of the workout we also have 4x abdominal exercise in a row.
The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x18kg (Red color on the screen)
2x10kg (yellow color on the screen)
2x5kg (Green color on the screen)
The Gear that I am using:
You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells.
