You may already know that I absolutely love making dragons. This one is very dear to me. It was done 4 years ago in Taiwan during one of my Masterclasses. It is called the “Red Dragon” or “The Gold Thief”. It took 4 days, almost 40lbs of chocolate, and a lot of love!
