A terrorist was targeting a maternity hospital because of a grievance against the state for rejecting his asylum claim when he blew himself up by mistake, a police investigation has found. Emad Al Swealmeen, 32, died when his homemade bomb exploded in the back of a taxi outside Liverpool Women’s Hospital.
