CONSIGNA DE ANAHUAC (Extracto): “Nuestra sagrada energía ya tuvo a bien ocultarse, nuestro venerable sol ya dignamente desapareció su rostro, y en total obscuridad se dignó dejarnos.” “Ciertamente sabemos que otra vez se dignará volver, que otra vez tendrá a bien salir y nuevamente vendrá dignamente a alumbrarnos.“ “Y nuevamente se levantará nuestro venerable sol y precisamente como mostrará dignamente su fuerza, precisamente como tendrá a bien completar grandiosamente su digna promesa esta nuestra venerada y amada tierra madre… ¡Anáhuac! Existen muchas variaciones del mismo discurso ya que este se transmitía de manera oral a través de los años hasta llegar a conocerlo en esta época, esta manera de transmitir el conocimiento de manera oral era conocido como depositarios de la tradición oral de Anáhuac. El autor del libro que representó esta consigna integró siete versiones diferentes en una sola. * Anáhuac o Cemanáhuac es el nombre dado al universo en la cosmogonía de los Mexicas también conocidos como Aztecas. La palabra Anáhuac proviene del idioma “Náhuatl”, idioma ancestral de aquellas regiones que significa: “Cerca del agua”. Éste fue el nombre asignado a la parte más elevada de la altiplanicie mexicana.
