This 71 had a lot of money in it! I want to say this might be a frame off donk! A 1971 Chevolet Impala Donk Converitble, sitting on staggered Forgiato Parlaro 24’s... Looking like a 7“ lip on the back rim. To start off it was painted dark blue with realistic orange flames, and the convertible top was done like a convertible Bentley! Once the cloth top goes back and in, the hardtop piece covers it. I “HEARD“ he paid $10k just to get that done. Wish I coulda seen it in action! The whole interior was done nice
