Lighting: Natural vs Ambient w/ Strobe vs ND

In this video, which I’ll be upfront, I didn’t record the end for the ND filter section. I worked with Juliana to create some really beautiful photos. We shot with Natural light, then I turned on the strobe and tried to mix the strobe with the ambient, then I increased my shutter more to get a little more shadow and shading. Finally, in what you won’t see, other than the photos, I used an ND filter and no HSS for some great shots at the end. This isn’t really a comparison video, its more see the difference! I think using all these styles of lighting can truly make your work stand out! Oh yeah, we shot these at midday! So the sun was out, it was harsh, and it was baking!
