Half-square triangle quilts easily with tube piecing, with Irena Swanson

These 20 sixteen-patch blocks of half-square triangles (with 640 half-square triangles total) were sewn with only 107 easy straight seams total using my tube piecing technique. Part II: Part III: Website: . For strip width 2.5“, the scooting offset is 2“, and the tube width is 2 13/16“ (that is 2 3/4 1/16 in inches). The final width of squares will be 2 5/16“. In this case we get 9 primary narrow tubes if the strips are cut from selvedge to selvedge.
