Ecosystems of Importance | Seamounts of the SE Pacific - Week 5

What we have seen on the underwater mountains visited during this #SEPacificSeamounts expedition is that each seamount has its own fauna, its own combination of environments. These ecosystems are oases for life in the deep ocean. This expedition will raise awareness and inform decision-makers about the importance of global biodiversity along the Salas y Gómez, Nazca, and Juan Fernandez Ridges.
