Vacuum Forming RC

I needed a new body to replace my old body, which cannot be purchased anymore. I used the original body to create a mould out of model plaster. The trick was to get the model in good shape, while it had to be in 2 parts (otherwise it would not loossen). The used material is 0,75 mm Vivak (copolyester) and it is heated by a 2000W patio heater. The vacuum is created by a standard vacuum cleaner (without dust bag to optimize vacuum).
