BACK TO THE CHATEAU!!!

After one last epic knees-up in my favourite antique shop in the Dordogne, Philip and I return to Lalande at last - and it turns out that wonderful things happened in my absence! Andie has returned to the chateau, laden with her stunning Easter/Spring Lalande Collection of watercolours, jaw-dropping in their beauty. Steve and Sarah have also arrived from Canada, though as they’re still in quarantine in the Marquis’ apartment, I only saw a glimpse of them! But I’m very excited to start work on my father’s tiles for the kitchen when Steve emerges from isolation. Nick the Tree Surgeon tackles the last remaining conifer threatening the chapel, and I - somewhat prematurely - settle into my new boudoir...
