This layout from the 7777 Trains Ideas Book back in the 1980’s would have been every kids dream to be able to have all the sets and the layout. I started out with the LEGO 7740 set which was given to me as a Christmas present from my parents when I was 8 years old. I’ve kept my old LEGO sets and also collected many others to put this all together and also had to re-create some of the structures (e.g. raised supports, the bridge, etc) from the photos in the Trains Ideas Book. I also don’t have all the required stop/go points and missing one or 2 models and quite a number of large cypress trees.
