Boss RC-505 & FCB1010 Midi Controller (Part 1)

NOTE (March 2019): In the meantime UNO has released a dedicated eprom for the rc-505 control called fcb505. This gives a lot more options (12 switches in stompbox mode and 2 expression pedals can be used), only one bank is available though and everything is fixed on the fcb. Configuration has to be done on the RC.
