In this video I want to give you guys five of my favorite tips on how to train your BATTEMENT TENDU in class, and how to use these skills while then rehearsing and on stage performing. BATTEMENT TENDU is the key, one of the most important exercises for the dancer and you really need to keep working on it all the time because I feel like it can help with developing your feet strength, your turnout and even your core strength if executed correctly!
