Chicago torture video: Four charged with hate crimes

Charges have been filed against four African-Americans in the US city of Chicago, suspected of filming an assault on a man with mental health issues. The two women and two men are facing hate crime and battery charges, after recording the racially charged attack and showing it live on Facebook.
