SYML - “Here Comes The Sun“ (The Beatles Cover)

Made with footage filmed by fans all over the world. Today is Earth Day and my hope is that we celebrate the beauty of this earth, even in the darkest moments. I thought it would be fun to create a video that shows how you appreciate this planet that we call home. The soundtrack is my cover of George Harrison’s Beatles classic “Here Comes The Sun,“ which I released this morning. Thanks to everyone that contributed to the video. We received over 760 submissions and were able to squeeze in about 92 of them. The cover came about when a friend asked me to record the song for a Nike China campaign which you can see on their website. The video only used about 1/3 of the song, but I ended up playing around and finishing it. As the sun starts to make more of a presence this time of year, it makes me feel a bit more hopeful and also appreciative of everything we have on this earth, even in troubled times.
