Exploring the Best Park in Moscow for Families and Fun

My wife and I love exploring the city for new fun and interesting places to spend time with our kids - and one of the places we keep coming back to time and time again is Gorky Park, perhaps the best place in Moscow for recreation, a leisurely stroll, picnic or get-together. Gorky park has just about everything you need to have a great time, regardless of age. Although, admittedly, the child-friendly daytime atmosphere switches out late in the evening, when the college crowd takes over! Ponds with boats and catamarans, several large playgrounds for kids of all ages, a skate park, an outdoor movie theater... Lounges and sunbathing areas, restaurants and street food, and all kinds of equipment up for rent - from electric scooters to bicycles and the like.
