Recipe
Beef Broth
1kg beef bone in the oven 300 f
For 35 minute
Broth
With Bone fat fat oil in pot
Sauté 2 whole onions with
2 carrots
1 head celery
3 white onion
1 head of garlic
Roasted beef bone

3 beef stock
3 chicken stock
Mix with water add to the pot
Add the rest of ingredients
20 pimento seeds

6 bay leaves
1 sprig of Rosemary
1 bunch of thyme
Boil for at least 30 minutes and then low heat for About 60 to 90 minutes.
In a separate skillet
Add 2 tbsp beef bone fat from earlier
3 tbsp butter
Then
Slice 5 white onion
Medium to low heat 15 minutes let the onions begin to break down n get some colour
Adding 4 cloves diced garlic
