Russia: Putin presents Russian helicopters to Indian PM

Russian President Vladimir Putin presented the latest civilian helicopters Mi-171A2 and Ka-226T to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in Vladivostok on Wednesday. Russia will supply India with 60 helicopters, of the Ka-226 class, and another 140, which will be assembled in India with a localisation level from 50-70 per cent under a bilateral deal signed in 2015.
