Pantera - New Years Eve 95 - 04 - Happy New Year

Pantera counting down to midnight at their New Years Eve Bash. Filmed at the Tarrant County Convention Center on 12-31-1995. I did not film this footage myself. I purchased this tape at Bill’s Records in Richardson, TX in 1997. Never saw this footage online, so I figure I’d share.
