Amazing Restoration of a rare 1923 pistol made in the USA

Hello, dear viewers! I’m excited to introduce my new project to you finally - the restoration of a rare vintage lighter of American production from 1923. It was likely manufactured in New York. I found it on one of the online auctions, and just a week later, this beauty was in my hands. All the lighter mechanisms turned out to be functional; the only thing it lacked was sight details. The lighter itself is made of metal and bakelite. All the metal was covered in rust, and the bakelite had some damages. However, I managed to fix everything: I got rid of the rust, coated the metal with a protective layer to prevent further corrosion. In just a week, I restored this lighter to its former beauty.
