During the last Hridaya Yoga Retreat: Module 1 Intensive, our senior yoga teacher Arnaud Philibert gave an inspiring lecture about the eight limbs of yoga, where he explained the definition of Yoga according to Patanjali, the author of the classical text the Yoga Sutras.

Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind. When we stop identifying with our thoughts, then there is Yoga – identity with Self then blossoms, which is happiness, bliss, and ecstasy. 🧘🏻♀️
