Home BJJ Solo Drills #3

As with my first two Home BJJ Drills video, these exercises, although appearing like standard strength exercises at first, are actually movements that we frequently use in BJJ! So this is a home exercise routine that you can use to maintain your BJJ movements and skills. As usual, I recommend to make it an exercise circuit by rotating through 3 sets! 1. Curtsy Lunges (10/side) 2. Lateral Squats (10/side) 3. Push-Up to Step-Through (5-8/side) 4. Swan Dive Push-Ups (10) 5. Alternating Hamstring Curls (10/side) 6. Bear Plank Slide-Outs (10/side) 7.
