We go through life oftentimes questioning so many things. We wonder where God is in our situation, why we struggle the way that we do, and if He truly cares for us, why are we left waiting for so many years? But then we remember Abraham and his time spent waiting for Isaac. We remember Joseph and his years in the darkness of prison. And we remember Christ, our Savior and King, waiting for His time to come for Him to be the sacrifice for all mankind. For Pastor Stanley, his years of waiting nearly broke him. But just when he felt as though he couldn’t wait another second, God lifted him from the ashes and clothed him in grace.
