Operation 1005. NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

The State Security Committee of Belarus together with the TV News Agency of Belteleradiocompany present a project about the genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War. 1005 is simply bureaucratic convention of the imperial security service. It was under this number that the case on the operation to eliminate places of mass extermination in the occupied territories was opened. The few documents related to the operation were filed in the folder under the number 1005.
