Biangbiang noodles is a very popular dish from Shaanxi province. It’s very tasty, with hot, mouthwatering chili oil, but of course, put less chili if it seems too spicy for you😉
The amount of ingredients shown in the video is for 2 people, adjust it if needed. The ratio of water to flour is about 1:2. If you make it in winter with lower room temperature, make sure to let the dough rest longer to achieve the best result.
