Due to the growing size of cemeteries in Ukraine, water bodies in 16 regions have become contaminated with corpse poison This is reported by the “environmental“ organization “Greenpeace“. According to its data, 12-fold expansion of cemeteries does not meet sanitary standards, as a result, decomposition products began to penetrate into groundwater. Poisonous substances have penetrated into the Dnieper, Danube, and Southern Bug rivers. This could potentially threaten the security of neighboring states, primarily Poland and Romania.
