*Exocket did not jump off the building, he was pushed off* For starters, Exocket is the chief surgeon/engineer for this one company called Cyklim. In Cyklim, humans, and animals are cut apart and rearrange into “vicious“ beast know as recycles and they are used for the Vextem War. Even though Exocket gets paid abundantly, he does not enjoy his job but needs it in order to keep Emon and himself (mostly Emon) out of the slums in the city (these slums are very dangerous with crime littered in every corner). However, there are times when Exocket spoils Emon just to make her happy. He does this in order to relieve some of the guilt he builds up inside himself from mangling people at work. Emon does not know this and believes he’s just a doctor “saving lives“ but when she finds out about the truth, she will reject him and consider him selfish for sacrificing so many people just for her.
