Roman Empire in 1487 as Oirat - Timelapse

This is (to my knowledge) the current world record for forming the Roman Empire, done on patch as Oirat. Birding/savescumming was done quite extensively, but no major exploits (like CTA cancel) were used. I did use the guarantee exploit one time on Iraq, but trucebroke them after. Can be improved a lot, for example the province war score cost can be acheived maybe 10 years earlier with optimal play (or 5 years with good play). I hope someone beats this, pre 1480 is definitely possible, maybe even pre 1470 (with CTA cancel etc. maybe even without).
