It’s been the best trip I ever had. I hope you’ll enjoy the beauty of these landscapes and its inhabitants. During this week, I realized how important it was to preserve this wilderness. We have the duty to protect our planet and all those who live with us !! Kruger National Park is located in northeastern South Africa. It covers an area of 19’485 km2 (350 km by 60 km), almost the size of Wales (UK) (20’735 km2), Kruger is one of the largest natural game reserves in Africa. Founded in 1926, the park was called “Sabie Game Reserve“ and now bears the name of the person who created it, Paul Kruger. Kruger Park is now grouped together with Gonarezhou National Park in Zimbabwe and with Limpopo National Park in Mozambique in the Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park.
