The Tula region is proud of you! I would like to note that the medal is awarded to military personnel who conscientiously fulfill their military duty, encouraged by the command of military units with a Letter of Honor to their homeland. A complete package of documents for submitting military personnel for awarding the medal “Valor and Glory” is compiled by the military commissariat of the Tula region on the basis of submissions received from the command of military units.
