Supreme leader Kim Jong-un attended the event, drawing attention because of his apparently slimmed down figure. Footage of the event shows people in the parade dressed in orange hazmat suits with face shields and respirators. Also on show were troops holding rifles, and some conventional military equipment, including multiple rocket launchers and tractors carrying anti-tank missiles, but no images of ballistic missiles appear in the state media reports.
