Does Wood Affect Electric Guitar Tone? Experiment.

Does wood affect guitar tone? Well lately I have seen a few people saying that it makes no difference what material an electric guitar is made out of, the tone will be the same once it is plugged into an amplifier and that differences in tone can only be appreciated with the instrument unplugged and heard accoustically. Well in this experiment I believe I prove that the sound that travels through the instrument accoustically makes it back to the strings and is heard as part of the guitars electric sound. I
