Classic TV Theme: Thunder in Paradise (Stereo)

Hulk Hogan and Chris (son of Jack) Lemmon are ex-SEALS who go after villains and criminals with a high-tech boat in this 1993 one-season syndicated show. Among the cast are Carol Alt, Patrick Macnee, I mention Carol Alt? It was cheesy, over the top, but fun if you switched your mind off for an hour. Filmed in Florida, the show was given access to Disney World areas and structures usually reserved for Disney’s use. Two Hulk Hogan pals, Jimmy Hart and John Maguire, wrote a Reggae type song; they thought they were writing the show’s open, but it actually became the end credits music. The main title, an extravagant two minutes in length, is a rousing opener by Cory Lerios and Pamela Phillips Oland.
